I really like both, but if I had to chose, I would have to say State. It is such a beautiful state, and I love the weather. Ppl up there are kind of asses, but it's a very nice state. Source(s): Experience

WA State with out a blink.

DC is fun to visit and with all that history, its a must on the to do list. But not to live there.
