Travel Tips It depends whether you are talking about The University of Sheffield, or Sheffield Hallam University, and then it also depends which campus you are talking about. The University of Sheffield's main buildings are around 10 minutes walk from the town center, although there are several departments that are further away. Much of the university accomodation is in broomhall which is about 30 mins walk from the centre, or 10 mins on the bus. Sheffield hallam University student union is very central, right next to the train station, but the individual departments are more scattered. |
