last year i have been visited singapore i recommend south east asia hotel on bencoolen street clean and comfortable it's near orchard rd. you can take MRT from airport to EW12 Bugis station .1queen size+1single bed around90$sg(included breakfast) i shared my room with my friends(2) if u visit only one person i think price per room about 50$sd but u can select hostel when u're right there .at airport they have visitor center where u can take brochure /map /interesting calendar and service u to find hotel or hostel which matches your budget
