Travel Info i am a single man Travel Tips Singapore is fairly small and you can get to anywhere pretty quickly if you take a taxi. But if you're asking specifically about the Changi Village area, there are one or two pubs, several kopi tiam(s) (or coffee shops that also serve food) and, of course, you must experience hawker center food fare, to truly understand local dining style. The food stalls at the hawker center close around after midnight but the the kopi tiam(s) stay open through the night. One, sort of bar, called Charlie's is a must-visit. It's in the back of the hawker center - beer is cheap, the crowd is not downtown fancy but still interesting. You could also walk towards the beach and the ferry terminals.
