What's a good place to meet in St. Louis? |
Travel Info For two people to meet in St. Louis, MO, in the fall, preferably quiet and quaint and not too crowded. A romantic place or perhaps one with beautiful nature, not the usual sight-seeing places. Travel Tips Not Lacledes Landing. It is neither romantic or close to nature. It's a place to drink. I would suggest the Art Museum in Forest Park. You're in a gorgeous park on a hill with a great view and the museum itself is first class. www.slam.org Others lacledes landing!!! I know because I am from that area! Lacledes is not just a drinking hole! There are great little strolling shops and there is also carriage rides. Modified 1 year ago the italian "Hill", forest park, or the revolving restaurant right next to Bush Staduim (very expensive though), but very romantic and peaceful! any city but st. louis, including east st. louis. Definitely the promenade in Forrest park or under the Arch. Jazz at the Bistro is great. Not really close to nature. They have great food and you don't have to go on a night that they're playing jazz. It's right across from the Fox. I just love that place. It's great for a nice date. |
