Travel Info Family places to eat in a nice area in ST.Louis Travel Tips -South City Diner (I believe on Grand) -Crown Candy Kitchen (neighborhood is not the greatest, but very quaint and has been around forever; excellent food and milkshakes) -Lemay Wok (On Lemay Ferry; Chinese restaurant. Best crab rangoon ever. Excellent service, VERY reasonably priced.) -Mom's Deli (sandwich place that is amazing and has places to eat outside) -Gioia's (On The Hill...VERY Italian neighborhood, another sandwich place) -TJ's Diner (South County off Baptist Church Road) -P'sghetti's (South County) -Fitz's (In the Loop) -Seamus McDaniels (In Dogtown near the Zoo...amazing toasted ravioli and BBQ chicken. Has a bar, but is also a good family restaurant) -Imo's Pizza (some have seating; some don't. St. Louis style pizza! Yum!) -Gus's Pretzels (they sell a variety of pretzels and sell pretzel dogs...more of a snack, but made right in front of you.) -Garvy's (South County. Bar and grill very welcoming to families.) -If you need dessert, go to Ted Drewes, get a concrete. Others http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-19... http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-28... omg i went there for a band competition. best place would be oyester bar on brodway i know it sounds weird but its good and it was a school trip so you dont have to worry bout it being family safe www.broadwayoysterbar.com if you do go you have to try Louisiana Mud Pie it is soooooo good Bandana's BBQ is great.........I guess it depends on the type of food or the area where you would be I guess Buy a coupon book. It's only like $15 or twenty bucks and it's well worth the money. Pays for itself with one or two visits. If you want to eat alone, then it's probably not a good idea. |
