Others not thousands, but they are all over my yard in the early AM! they are eating my flowers too! i never see them during the day or early evening ... must be nocturnal at heart! LSD maybe? Were they White Rabbits? Were you listening to Jefferson Airplain at the time? yes they are everywhere! i come close to hitting at least one everyday. Happened to me once (about 2 in the morning) when I was driving on a back country road in Idaho. There was truly a "plague" of them! There was no way we could drive forward, even slowly, without hitting one every few feet, there were literally thousands of them. I felt bad about killing them, but I wasn't about to spend the whole night sitting alone on a back country road! I think that it's just an unusual event of Nature, when there's just an infestation of a particular species. Like you sometimes hear about with grasshoppers or mice. Al-qaeda. They are planning to take over the country using rabbits. |
