What fun daytime activities are there to do in St. Louis, MO? We are SOOO bored!? |
Travel Info We live here but it is too hot to do outdoor'ish things...any creative ideas? Travel Tips Sleep all day, get drunk all night, then sleep all the next day. Keeps you out of the heat and it's cheap. City museum's fun, so's the art museum (and it's free), the brewery tours are free at shlafley and AB and you get free beer when your done. Others Go out to the airport, find the General aviation ramp, go for a sightseeing flight, lotsa fun! well...how old and what are you interested in. I mean. Science center, art museum, city museum...are all indoor thing. However without the above info...can give any more suggestions then that. Course, theres always dave and busters.. when you get a good idea let me know, I am bored on the east side of the Mississippi too. You may have already missed it, but public libraries have reading clubs in the summer for kids and sometimes for teens. They bring in performers and have fun activities like pet shows or crafts. It's always free. Check it out at your nearest library. If the reading club is over for this summer, you can still hang out at the library, reading their magazines, checking websites on their high-speed computers, and find some books of fun activities (learn magic tricks, read jokes and riddles, etc.). retired children's librarian YMCA radio camp (be a dj at West County in Chesterfield) Libraries Omnimax theater, Science Center Six Flags Cardinals baseball Zoo Art museum, Forest Park Bowling Hall of Fame Union Station Tractor pulls (go west about 50 miles) Meramec River rafting arcade centers, the mall, public pools, parks, movies, bowling, roller skating, take a hike or...rent movies & play board games w/ your friends |
