Anyone have fun things to do in and near Alton, IL? |
Travel Info I will be visiting Alton at the end of October for a haunted tour of the city and was looking for some other interesting, unique things to do (not really interested in going to St Louis though) Any suggestions? Travel Tips Fast Eddies. Great bar food. Cheap beer and bar food. You can get a fast eddie burger for only a buck and it's a half pound. Peel and eat shrimp for just 35cents each. Hot chick on a stick is my favorite. They usually have a band playing. The place looks like a dive but it's interesting. All walks of life visit the place. Bikers, suits, men and women.....
