Licensing requirements for missouri?

I licensed my car for one year last year because i was planning on moving. I later decided not to move out of state. Do I have to get a new safety/emissions inspection even though they both say they are good for 2 years just because i chose the single year licensing option? or can I just take last year's forms to the DMV and pay the licensing fee?

you should receive something in the mail about your renewal, and USUALLY you do not have to get another inspection, or emissions tests if you qualified last yr for the two yr. IF you do not receive anything in the mail, go to your local DMV and ask for clarifications..
