Travel Info How can one have fun in Hammamet Tunisia with a 4 year old kid? Travel Tips go to the mediterranean beach. visit their great parks and museum. remember to protect yourself from sunburn. the place i hot but fun. have fun Others While there are a few things to do with young children and I loved Tunisia during my visit, its not where I would take a 4 year old. Hammamet is clean by Tunisian standards but not by Western standards. Also although there are camel rides on the beach and such, there are few activities for young children. Depending on your budget, you might want to consider South Africa if you can afford it. Kruger Park is fantastic and the beaches in Cape Town are some of the best and cleanest in the world. If you are looking for a place in the Med, try Italy. There is more to see, its safer and the food is better. Tunisia is better for adults who want adventure. However, having said that, I found driving across Tunisia much more interesting than the tourist laden Hammamet but to each their own. PS: Perhaps Morocco would be better. More to see, better souks and the people are friendlier. |
