Travel Info Does anyone have information about rent rates for apartments in Dubai? Travel Tips I would say from about 40,000 Dirhams per year for a one bedroom in a not especially nice area to 100,000 for a nicer area two bedroom. I have friends in Karama renting a two-bedroom for 65,000 Dirhams. The flat itself is nice enough, the surrounding area not really. Hopefully that gives you a rough idea. A roomate situation might be good to start out in, while you scope out acceptable prices and areas.
