The inner harbour has lots of little merchants, and the "Undersea Gardens". Also, make sure to check out the Royal BC Museum! Tofino is beautiful for its rugged coastline and beautiful beaches. It's also good for whale watching in the spring. Though summer is the most popular time to visit, winter is beautiful if you don't mind the rain. That's when people go for 'storm-watching' along the coast, and it's not very busy. I hear Mount Washington is a great place to go if you want to ski or snowboard. |
