From the shore? Probably not much in the term of eating fish - maybe a barracuda, some grunts, hinds, snappers, etc. You may have some fun if you use light tackle. You have to be aware of fish poisoning if eating small reef fish in the Virgin Islands - it can make you quite ill. If you take a charter there are plenty of fish to be had in deeper water - Tunas, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, etc.
